The MoEA are the diplomats, they are the 2nd hand of the government they are responsible for alliances and trades of goods, they have their own team in the game and they have one of the highest statuses in the game the MoEA hosts diplomat applications rarely but if they do make an application you should try it but be careful following the rules or else you will be rejected or BLACKLISTED. the MoEA can also be guarded by CEG (not confirmed) the MoEA is currently being ran by yogev and brooch and mold5 in the future.
